We collect only the information required to operate the streaming service and improve your experience:

• Account details you provide (name, email, password hash) when you register.
• Watchlist and viewing preferences stored in your browser and, if signed in, linked to your account.
• Basic device information (browser type, OS, screen size) to serve the correct video quality.
• IP address and approximate location, used only for regional content licensing and fraud prevention.
• Messages and attachments you send via our Contact form.

Maddox Motion Studio uses a small set of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your video-playback preferences, and measure aggregate traffic. We do not sell cookie data to third-party advertisers.

You can clear or block cookies from your browser settings at any time; some features (like Watchlist sync) may require them to function.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which titles are being watched and where users encounter issues. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized — we do not attempt to identify individual viewers from it.

When you create an account, we store your credentials securely using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) and encryption in transit (HTTPS). You can request account deletion at any time by emailing us at contact@maddoxmotionstudio.com.

Your Watchlist is stored locally in your browser by default. If you sign in, it can be synced across devices via your account. This data is never shared with third parties and is deleted along with your account on request.

When you email us or use the Contact form, we keep your message only long enough to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit opt-in.

All series, films, music, posters, trailers, artwork, and original copy on this website are the exclusive property of Maddox Motion Studio, Experimental Pictures, and Maddox Sound Lab, unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

If you believe any material on Maddox Motion Studio infringes your copyright, please submit a formal notice to contact@maddoxmotionstudio.com with the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing.
• Your contact information (name, email, physical address).
• A statement made in good faith that use of the material is not authorized.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and (under penalty of perjury) that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We review every notice promptly and, where appropriate, remove the reported material and notify the uploader.
